North Northamptonshire Council - Provision of Information, Advice and Support Service For People With A Sensory Impairment

The successful Supplier is expected to support North Northamptonshire Council's long-term vision: North Northamptonshire: A place where everyone has the best opportunities and quality of life, and West Northamptonshire Council's vision: to make West Northants a great place to live, work, visit and thrive. In addition to the above potential Suppliers are expected to align with North Northamptonshire Council's Adult Social Care Strategy and support the use of the three conversations model. The Supplier will be aware of Local Area Partnerships (LAPS) located in North and West of the county. The LAPS improve links and partnership working between councils, voluntary organisations, the police service, parish councillors, faith groups, health colleagues and GP's. The Supplier will offer a range of Information, Advice and Support Services for individuals with visual or dual sensory impairment.
