NHS Cheshire and Merseyside is looking to procure Information Governance and Data Protection Services to rationalise its existing multi provider service provision into a single comprehensive contract from 1st July 2024.

Total Quantity or Scope

This Prior Information Notice with Call for Competition is to alert potential providers of Information Governance Services to complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and return before the SQ submission deadline of Thursday 4th January 2024 at 4pm. The SQ template and a Statement of Requirements document is attached to this PIN. Any clarifications on the SQ process or associated documents please contact the buyer via email icbprocurementteam@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk. Completed SQ document must be returned to the Authority using the same email, before the above closing deadline.

Other Information

For the avoidance of doubt, the purpose of this PIN with Call for Competition is to invite potential providers of Information Governance Services to participate in the Selection stage of the Restricted Procurement process. Upon completion of this stage, the Authority will assess the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) submissions, select the technically and professionally capable providers and invite them to participate in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.
