Progress Housing Group is looking to procure “The Supply of Materials and Associated Managed Services” which includes the supply of Plumbing & Heating Products, Gas Spares, Renewable Products, Building Materials, Tiles, Electrical Products, Aids & Adaptations, Stair Lifts and / or Tool & Plant Hire and associated services to the Group. The tender is for the supply of materials and the associated supplementary managed services and stores solutions as required for all Group operations in all geographical areas of operation.

Total Quantity or Scope

Progress Housing Group is looking to procure “The Supply of Materials and Associated Managed Services”. The tender is aimed at selecting the most advantageous tender for the supply of Plumbing & Heating Products, Gas Spares, Renewable Products, Building Materials, Tiles, Electrical Products, Aids & Adaptations, Stair Lifts and / or Tool & Plant Hire and associated services to the Group. The tender is for the supply of materials and the associated supplementary managed services or stores solutions as required for all Group operations in all geographical areas of operation, further details are included in section 1.2. It is envisaged that Progress Housing Group will award to a sole supplier, in order to create a close working relationship over the life of the contract. It is Progress Housing Group’s intention to enter into a formal agreement with the successful supplier based on this tender.

Option to extend 2 x 24 months (12 month notice clause)
