Due to delays in the contract award, this modification is to extend the contract with TopHat to 31 December 2023 to allow additional time to complete data migration and ensure service continuity whilst the new contract is being implemented. The value of this contract modification is 9,100.00 GBP, which is below the maximum value of 50%.
