Thirteen are looking to procure a Framework contract to provide support to the Investment and Maintenance In-House Teams on an "as and when" basis during periods of peak workload.The Framework contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for further 2 years (4-year maximum).This Framework may be utilised by other Service Areas within Thirteen Housing Group providing Thirteen and the Contractor agree in writing to use of this Framework and its Terms and Conditions prior to any works commencing.Thirteen are seeking to appoint up to 5 contractors per lot, on an "
