Description

To supply through Hire or purchase and maintenance when requested, items of power tool and manual tools (plant items). These items of plant will be required to undertake construction and other work by Swansea Council Building Services. Lot Division

1 Hire of small tools

Lot 1 encompasses a range of hand-held tools, including Breakers, Cutters, Drills, and Hedge Trimmers. All equipment supplied within this lot must adhere to a maximum age limit of 5 years. Prices for Lot 1 services should be submitted using the designated “Annex 2 Price Schedule Plant Listing”.

2 Hire of heavy plant

Lot 2 consists of equipment such as Hoists, Generators, and Pressure Washers. Within this lot, all equipment is subject to a maximum age limit of 5 years. Pricing for Lot 2 services should be submitted using the specified “Annex 2 Price Schedule Plant Listing

3 Hire of scaffold and fence

Lot 3 encompasses items including Fence Panels, Scaffold Towers, and Ladders. All equipment provided under this lot must comply with a maximum age limit of 5 years. Pricing for Lot 3 services should be submitted using the designated “Annex 2 Price Schedule Plant Listing”.

4 Purchase of Plant & tools

Lot 4 is dedicated to the acquisition of Plant equipment. Pricing for Lot 4 services should be submitted using the designated “Annex 2 Price Schedule Plant Listing”.

5 Repair and Servicing

Lot 5 pertains to the comprehensive repair and servicing of all plant and equipment owned by Swansea Council. Pricing for Lot 5 services should be submitted using the designated “Annex 2 Price Schedule Plant Listing”.

Renewal Options

Framework Agreement Period: 12th February 2024 to 11th February 2026 (With the option to extend for up to a further 24 Months)
