Liverpool City Council are looking for suppliers to award on our City Wide Dressing & Large Format Framework.
Lot Division
1 | Flags & Flagpoles The city dressing opportunities have a number of objectives; 1. To dress and showcase the city as a welcoming and international city of culture to conference delegates, organisers, sponsors and existing business and a destination for visitors and investors. 2. To promote events awareness and to attract visitors to Liverpool. 3. To welcome commercially, third party or independently organised events into the city. 4. To highlight Liverpool’s success in bidding for and attracting high profile events. Events and projects are promoted via our City Dressing estate throughout the year. For guidance only (based on activities over the past three years) over three years the service delivers approximately 400 flag installs and 45 installations at ACC Liverpool. |
2 | Banners The city dressing opportunities have a number of objectives; 1. To dress and showcase the city as a welcoming and international city of culture to conference delegates, organisers, sponsors and existing business and a destination for visitors and investors. 2. To promote events awareness and to attract visitors to Liverpool. 3. To welcome commercially, third party or independently organised events into the city. 4. To highlight Liverpool’s success in bidding for and attracting high profile events. Events and projects are promoted via our City Dressing estate throughout the year. For guidance only (based on activities over the past three years) over three years the service delivers approximately 1,000 banner installs. |
3 | Gateway Signage The city dressing opportunities have a number of objectives; 1. To dress and showcase the city as a welcoming and international city of culture to conference delegates, organisers, sponsors and existing business and a destination for visitors and investors. 2. To promote events awareness and to attract visitors to Liverpool. 3. To welcome commercially, third party or independently organised events into the city. 4. To highlight Liverpool’s success in bidding for and attracting high profile events. Events and projects are promoted via our City Dressing estate throughout the year. For guidance only (based on activities over the past three years) over three years the service delivers approximately 25 gateway changes. For Gateway/Welcome Signage the maintenance and auditing relates specifically to installations in situ during lifetime of contract and does not relate to the physical structures which are outside the scope of this contract. |
4 | Events, Large Format Outdoors and Other Areas of City Dressing The Successful Tenderer should be able to offer a comprehensive Large Format Print, Signage and/or banner offering including installation, Events and Other areas of City Dressing offering which will include but not be limited to; • Large Format Banners • Building flags in various sizes • Feather Flags • Foamex boards • External Banners & Signage for Departments Standard Branding Elements • Free Standing Totems • Correx Boards • Herris Fence Scrim • Crowd Control Barrier Scrim • Interview Pap Board • Window Vinyl’s Bespoke Branding for Events and other areas • Sail Branding • Event Letters • Props for Events • All other temporary dressing requirements for events excluding flagpoles. |
