Renewal Options

The Authority proposes to enter into the contract for a period of three (3) years with the Contractor, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with Contract Terms and Conditions. The Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract by a further twenty-four (24) months in 12 month increments at its discretion.
