Description
The works comprise the refurbishment and modification of the existing four pipe fan coil system along with a replacement Building Management System, re-commissioning of hydraulic systems and the other sundry works as detailed in Schedule 2. In some areas the fan coils are not configured to suit the present partition Layout and relocation of fan coil units is part of this contract. The contract includes the detailed design and any necessary working drawings for new and relocated fan coil units.
