Total Quantity or Scope

The Care and Repair Services to provide advice, information ad assistance to the general public, who require more information about, or have difficulties organising or paying for repairs, improvements or adaptations to their homes via a Scheme of Assistance as designated within the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006.

Orkney Islands Council reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage and not award a Contract. The expenditure, work or effort undertaken by bidders prior to the award of any Contract is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgement of bidders.
