Lot 1 is for the appointment of a Service Provider(s) to deliver core cycle training services on behalf of the Buyers. The Service Provider must be able to deliver all elements of Lot 1. The Service Provider(s) is to deliver All Ability Cycling sessions at sites and for participants specified by the Buyer. SUD is essential training for all commercial drivers operating HGVs regularly in the urban environment and where there are high volumes of vulnerable road users, such as cyclists and pedestrians.
