Other Information
The procurement process will be a multi-stage process consisting of PQQ and ITN phases, managed through MAG Source. Any bidders interesting participating in this procurement should take the following steps: 1. Self-register via the MAG Source portal which can be accessed here: https;//esourcing.waxdigital.co.uk/MAG/Signin.aspx 2. Once registered, email: lauren.oneill@magairports.com and, andy_hayes@stanstedairport.com to be included in the event. Bidders must self-register on MAG Source and contact the MAG contacts stated above in order to be included in the PQQ stage. 3. Bidders will be added to the event by the MAG team and will be able to view all PQQ information once the event is published. The PQQ phase will be launched on 5th January 2024 with a submission date of 2nd February 2024 at 12pm GMT. This PQQ is made up of four parts: MAG Airports - Soft Services MAG Airports - Hard Services MAG Property - Soft Services MAG Property - Hard Services Bidders are requested to confirm which PQQ they would like to be registered for. Bidders can register for any number of these PQQs. Bidders are able to join the PQQ phase once live however no extension to the timeline will be provided. Bidders will be invited to join a briefing session with the MAG Procurement team, via Microsoft Teams at 13:00 GMT on 11th January, slides from this session will be included in the PQQ.
