Description
The main focus is on the development, delivery and commissioning of practical skills and knowledge based training for the Practice Nurse, Health Care Support Worker and the non-clinical administrative and management staff within a Primary Care setting designed to meet the needs of the workforce, whilst focusing on the social and medical models of health.

1 | Non Clinical courses Underpinning the delivery of services is a requirement to: -Provide a courteous and professional service to clients/service users at all times. -Ensure course and learning content is appropriate/fit for purpose, evidence based and current. -Provide a range of dates/course topics throughout the lifecycle of the contract. -Ensure course content is relevant to All Wales regulations, standards and guidelines The following lot relates to Non Clinical related courses with a full breakdown of the courses required included in Appendix A of the tender pack. |
