Description

3 year Grounds Maintenance Contract starting 1st April 2024. Option to extend for a further two years.

Total Quantity or Scope

A number of operations, including safety inspections, grass cutting, grass maintenance, hedge maintenance, footpath maintenance, garden and horticultural display planting and maintenance, litter picking and emptying of litter bins, minor landscape work and miscellaneous other duties. Renewal Options

There is an option to extend the contract by a further two years subject to review with the appointed contractor.
