Description

Leicester City Council (The Council) is seeking a contractor/contractor(s): Lot 1 - to provide a solution to assist in the forecasting of outcomes on checks/challenges/appeals (CCA) submitted to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and from other potential threats to Leicester’s non-domestic rates tax base. To include ad hoc consultancy, as and when required, for example, estimation of rateable value of properties not yet valued by the VOA. Lot 2 - to assist in identifying properties that are currently undervalued and those that have not been identified and valued. Only one supplier will be appointed for Lot 1 and up to a maximum of two for Lot 2. Tenderers may submit proposals for one or both of the Lots and may be awarded one or both of these Lots.
