Description
The client wishes to engage a contractor to design and install the new EYFS Play area at Riverley, to include removing the old equipment and surface, and installing new as outlined below, please read in conjunction with the three diagrams 'Riverley Section, A, B & C works required'. The budget for this project is 55,000 GBP - 65,000 GBP. - Moving and repositioning of existing boulders - Remove and dispose of blue shed - Relocate play equipment as identified on 'Riverley Section A, B & C works required. - Removal of posts - All required ground works The Pricing Schedule gives a detailed description of what play equipment and surfacing is required in each section. All equipment must have a certificate of compliance and an independent risk assessment and safety certificate following installation. The project will be overseen by a Project Manager employed by The Griffin Schools Trust, who will be the main point of contact for the duration of the project.
