Renewal Options
The contract will be managed through Key Performance Indicators. In the event of a supplier performance failure resulting in the termination of a framework agreement or Call-off Contract, a supplier in another lot may have its framework agreement scope extended to include the lot in which the failure occurred without re-opening competition. This may be transferred wholly into another lot or divided amongst the other lots depending on supplier capacity, price and performance. Should a supplier become insolvent during the term of the framework, Guinness reserve the right to transfer the scope of that lot to a supplier in another lot without re-opening competition.
