Legal Justification
A value uplift will allow the project to continue supporting the build requirements of STA, ensure the comparability study on the platform gathers evidence to support ministerial requirements on the validity of production of a digital assessment in the future. Completion of this work is needed by June 2024 to ensure comparable outcomes to live delivery of phonics. To de-risk the (Reception baseline assessment) RBA we require additional resources to complete other work on the platform
