The University of Wolverhampton is seeking competitive tenders from providers of building energy management system maintenance services to fulfil it's BEMS maintenance requirements across all five of it's campuses across the West Midlands. The service is expected to include: - Full servicing and maintenance of existing BMS View platform - cyclical maintenance - general repairs - call-out provision for breakdown or repair - upgrades, refurbishments and replacements (as may be required from time to time) - provision of up-to-date outstation strategies
