NWUPC is establishing a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of members of APUC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, SUPC, HEPCW & CPC for Photographic Equipment & Consumables. This Framework Agreement will commence on 19 February 2024 for an initial period of twenty-four (24) months until 18 February 2026 with the option to extend the Agreement for 2 periods of twelve (12) months until 18 February 2028 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance. Supply of: DSLR Cameras, Compact System Cameras, Medium Format Cameras, Action Cameras, Camcorders, Lenses, Lighting, Specialist Printers, Tripods and Gimbals, Drones, Memory Cards, Film, Filters, Photographic Paper, Negatives, Tripod Bags and Camera Bags. This list is not exhaustive.

Renewal Options

This Framework Agreement will commence on 19 February 2024 for an initial period of twenty four (24) months until 18 February 2026 with the option to extend the Agreement for two periods of twelve (12) months until 18 February 2028 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance
