Description

The Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to provide maintenance for the current Warden Call system and provide reactive repairs.

Renewal Options

Measured Term Contract for a period of 3 years with the option to extend on 2 separate occasions for 12 months each occasion up to a maximum contract period of 5 years. Upon expiry of the Contract, should the services still be required the Council may re-tender.
