This enables maintenance, product support, commissioning and acceptance testing for Regional Maintainers, Third Line Support and all Smart Motorway Schemes. This catalogue item is to provide 12 months licences for use with these products from 1st September 2022 to 31st August 2023. Prior to issuing a licence key to the end user, the end user agrees to be bound by the terms of the enclosed EULA.

Legal Justification

This Call-off contract is essential for addressing specific requirements arising from the aftermath of two failed procurements for the Roadside Diagnosis Device Tester (RDDT). To ensure continued functionality and operational efficiency, the Customer is required to establish a direct contractual arrangement for the timely procurement of these essential licenses
