The Technical evaluation made up 75% of the total score. This 75% was then sub-divided out as shown in II.2.5 above. The contract will begin on 2nd January 2024 for an initial 3 year period. There is an option to extend that initial term by a further period of up to 24 months. The value stated is estimated based on potential maximum spend within this category utilising the scope of services awarded under this contract over its full potential term (5 years). Specifying this value is a difficult as services may be required to meet needs that we are currently not aware of and the value may be higher should PPF take on an additional function in the future.
