The service will deliver high quality, person-centred and outcomes-focused Advocacy services that meet the diverse population needs of Redbridge residents. The service will support, protect, and champion the rights of residents, their families and representatives to participate fully in all aspects of their lives and in all decisions made about their care and support.

Renewal Options

At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to the satisfactory performance of the Provider, the Contract Period may be extended in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of two (2) years, providing a possible total Contract Period to midnight on 30 June 2029
