Description

We are looking for an independent element to our service support, to assist ASCH and Maple House in supporting and building resilience within its workforce. This will support staff retention and will promote a continued commitment to a culture of trauma informed care while aiding personal and professional development and understanding. The centre has developed a framework for reflective practice, consultation and therapeutically led support alongside a listening service for staff over the last 3 years. This has been well received by staff across the centre and has shown to improve understanding, reflective thinking, team unity and attendance at work. This has been recognised by regulatory bodies including Ofsted, CQC, YCS. We believe that the next step for us is to work towards achieving the Enabling Environments Award to complement the success of the full implementation of the SECURE STAIRS framework. This award is nationally recognised within the Children's and Adults sector
