The provision of minibus travel care and support services for children and young people with special educational needs, who primarily travel from home to school; and vulnerable adults who primarily travel from home to day care services, plus other locations as required.

Total Quantity or Scope

For the provision of minibus services in the form of regular routes for a set period to eligible children, young people and vulnerable adults in Hammersmith and Fulham including specially-adapted minibuses for the carriage of wheelchairs. Some services will require the provision of travel care assistants, and some will not.
