Description

Rushmoor Borough Council ('the Council') is a small borough Council with an employee headcount of approximately 250 people currently averaging 35 vacancies per year. The Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified software suppliers to enable the electronic handling and tracking of candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process through an applicant tracking system (Recruitment System) that also includes Indeed job posting as a minimum. Tenderers are invited to quote for the supply, implementation and maintenance of a Recruitment System that will support the council's Recruitment objectives. The ability to deliver key services to support our communities depends upon our ability to acquire and retain the right people at the right time.
