Description

Species Evidence Base version 2 will form a novel, single repository for information on species taxonomy and status, population trends and distribution, habitats, pressures, climate change vulnerability, and recovery actions. We want the tool to be available for use by Natural England staff by July 2024, to inform evidence-led decision making in critical areas of our species recovery work. We require a specialist lepidoptera expert who is able to assimilate a variety of information sources and use their own expert knowledge to complete all data fields in the template spreadsheet for all butterfly and moth species in scope. Work delivery will run from Oct 2023 - Jun 2024.
