Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is seeking to award a Water Consultancy Services framework in order to ensure continued access to contractor resource to carry out essential works under the flood risk programme, reservoir compliance projects and other large scale civil engineering projects.

Total Quantity or Scope

This is essential to ensure NRW fulfils its objectives to manage flood risk and enhance the natural environment, whilst complying with health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.

The Community Benefits included in this contract are: As part of their tender response, bidders are asked to submit a Method Statement in the form of a Community Benefits Plan setting out how they will deliver ‘Community Benefits’ through the contract. Submission of a Non-Core CB proposal along with the tender documents will be a condition of a compliant bid. The Community Benefits Method Statement will not be evaluated and scored as part of the tender process, however contractual clauses will set out specific targets for delivery to be agreed during the lifetime of the framework.
