Description
Feminising Genital Surgery and Masculinising Chest Surgery Services to be provided by Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust by a contract modification, inline with PSR regulation 14.2. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice. This contract has been modified under the urgent circumstances provision of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified on 23rd January 2024 however, services are to be provided from the 1st April 2024 for a 5 year period. Indicative contract value £56,500,000
