In accordance with the Placement and Case Review Regulations (2010) Salford ensures that there are a range of placements sufficient to meet the needs of children and young people in the care of the local authority, and makes arrangements to promote co-operation with relevant partners to improve the wellbeing of children in the local area. It is important that a high standard of care is provided to the residents and that this is independently regulated in line with legislation and Ofsted requirements.
