This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award NHS Provider Selection Regime Direct Award C. The current incumbent, St Austell Healthcare, is delivering primary care GP services for a cohort of patients in a very rural and difficult area to commission services within, Mevagissey. They are currently meeting all contractual and legislative requirements for primary care GP core services and enhanced services for the cohort population. Decision makers are: Head of Primary Care, Finance Manager Primary Care, Contract Manager Primary Care, Procurement manager No conflicts of interest registered Contract value - paid on activity so no contract cost at point of publication
