Description
The Guinness Partnership Limited is seeking to establish a framework of suppliers to deliver Grounds Maintenance Services and Tree Works across our estates for a period of four years. The grounds maintenance service will be on a scheduled service and the core elements include: i Management of grassed areas including mowing and strimming. ii Maintenance of shrub beds including pruning. iii Hedge-cutting. iv Weed control. v Leaf collection and removal. vi Maintenance of ditch-side vegetation, culverts. vii Additional service for bin emptying and extra attendance for litter-picking on specified schemes. viii Maintenance of hard standings. ix Site cleansing on selected sites (optional extra requirement on a schedule of rates) Tree works will include an element of scheduled works to maintain the condition and reliability of a tree, reactive tree work identified through hazard assessments and some emergency tree works.

There are currently a total of 106 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness. |

No guarantee is given on the volume of services that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness. |

Renewal Options
A call off in year 4 of the framework is permissible for up to a further 2 years.
