Description

The Guinness Partnership Limited is seeking to establish a framework of suppliers to deliver Grounds Maintenance Services and Tree Works across our estates for a period of four years. The grounds maintenance service will be on a scheduled service and the core elements include: i Management of grassed areas including mowing and strimming. ii Maintenance of shrub beds including pruning. iii Hedge-cutting. iv Weed control. v Leaf collection and removal. vi Maintenance of ditch-side vegetation, culverts. vii Additional service for bin emptying and extra attendance for litter-picking on specified schemes. viii Maintenance of hard standings. ix Site cleansing on selected sites (optional extra requirement on a schedule of rates) Tree works will include an element of scheduled works to maintain the condition and reliability of a tree, reactive tree work identified through hazard assessments and some emergency tree works.

1 Grounds Maintenance Services: Cumbria, Lancashire and Greater Manchester

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within Cumbria, Greater Manchester and Lancashire. There are currently a total of 106 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

2 Grounds Maintenance Services: Cheshire

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within Cheshire. There are currently a total of 46 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

3 Grounds Maintenance Services: Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire. There are currently a total of 92 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

4 Grounds Maintenance Services: Harrogate, Leeds, West Yorkshire

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within Harrogate, Leeds, West Yorkshire. There are currently a total of 76 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

5 Grounds Maintenance Services: Home Counties

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within the Home Counties. There are currently a total of 101 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

6 Grounds Maintenance Services: London

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within London. There are currently a total of 17 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

7 Grounds Maintenance Services: Hampshire and West Sussex

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within Hampshire and West Sussex. There are currently a total of 31 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

8 Grounds Maintenance Services: Plymouth, Exeter and Torquay

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within Plymouth, Exeter and Torquay. There are currently a total of 96 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

9 Grounds Maintenance Services: Bristol, Bath and Wiltshire

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within Bristol, Bath and Wiltshire. There are currently a total of 89 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

10 Grounds Maintenance Services: Gloucester

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within Gloucester. There are currently a total of 87 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

11 Grounds Maintenance North West

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within the North West. There are currently a total of 152 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

12 Grounds Maintenance Yorkshire

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within Yorkshire. There are currently a total of 168 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

13 Grounds Maintenance South

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within the south of England. There are currently a total of 149 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

14 Grounds Maintenance South West

The requirements comprise grounds maintenance services to Guinness schemes within the South West. There are currently a total of 176 schemes that require services. No guarantee is given on the volume of services and number of schemes that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

15 Tree Works North

The requirements are for scheduled maintenance, reactive tree work identified through hazard assessments, urgent and emergency tree work under the ownership and/or control of Guinness in communal areas in the North of England. Guinness may include trees that are in resident gardens or other areas as and when instructed throughout this Contract. No guarantee is given on the volume of services that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

16 Tree Works South

The requirements are for scheduled maintenance, reactive tree work identified through hazard assessments, urgent and emergency tree work under the ownership and/or control of Guinness in communal areas in the South of England. Guinness may include trees that are in resident gardens or other areas as and when instructed throughout this Contract. No guarantee is given on the volume of services that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

17 Tree Works South West

The requirements are for scheduled maintenance, reactive tree work identified through hazard assessments, urgent and emergency tree work under the ownership and/or control of Guinness in communal areas in the South West of England. Guinness may include trees that are in resident gardens or other areas as and when instructed throughout this Contract. No guarantee is given on the volume of services that may be required during any resulting call off contract by Guinness.

Renewal Options

A call off in year 4 of the framework is permissible for up to a further 2 years.
