Description

The Contractor shall carry out scalable services required by authorities in line with a programme, which shall be developed and delivered by the Contractor annually, to successfully control the Oak Processionary Moth pest. The services will be undertaken during a period of approximately four weeks between larval stages L1 and L3. The Contractor shall advise Council of the date for commencement of services.The services cover the London Borough of Richmond and Wandsworth Borough Council may also utilise this Contract. This length of this contract is 3 years, with a 2 year extension at the absolute discretion of Council.

Total Quantity or Scope

The protection, improvement and management of OPM is of primary importance to the Borough’s residents, who rate the quality of the environment as a priority. The contractor will be required to demonstrate an ability to provide an efficient, successful service.The Councils are seeking to appoint single service provider for the provision and delivery of Oak Processionary Moth Control service.
