Description

The Works will include for works to the communal areas at Gwenog Court SHU. This work includes replacement floor coverings, redecoration, replacement ceilings and scooter storage.

The project consists of the refurbishment and upgrading of the internal communal areas, installation of external scooter stores, new computer room and replacement external doors. The work includes redecoration and replacement flooring to all communal areas, installation of a computer room in the communal lounge, installation of a new scooter store and replacement of external fire and storeroom doors.
