Hornsey Housing Trust (the Trust) are seeking proposals for a suitable and experienced contractor to provide grounds maintenance services during the term of the contract. The Trust aims to provide an excellent grounds maintenance service to their tenants.

Total Quantity or Scope

Hornsey Housing Trust (the Trust) is seeking proposals for a suitable and experienced contractor to provide grounds maintenance services and associated goods. The Trust provides affordable housing and support services in the London Borough of Haringey that enables older people to live full, independent lives in the community of their choice. … The Trust currently owns and manages approximately 394 properties within 63 sites across Haringey that comprises of a mix of converted houses, bungalows, maisonettes, flat blocks and commercial buildings which is where the services under this contract will be delivered to. Please note that not all properties are covered under this contract. The current grounds maintenance contract has been in place for a number of years and is due to expire in April 2024.Please note that the Trust is aware that a pause in service may occur in mobilising this contract and aims for the service to commence in May 2024. The Trust are running an open process with the support of Altair Ltd to procure these services. Please note that Altair Ltd is acting as the Trust's agent and will be managing this on behalf of their client.

Renewal Options

The contract duration will be an initial period of 3 years with the option of an extension of 1 year making a total of maximum 4 years.
