Gutter cleaning and associated work to approximately 1000 flats and houses across 46 different locations in North and South Lanarkshire. Draft tender documents are included for information only. They are not to be returned at this stage. Final versions will be issued for completion by those proceeding to appointment stage.

Renewal Options

Extension on a negotiated basis for a maximum of 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance, availability of budget, and at the sole discretion of the Employer.
