Description
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and Powys Teaching Health Board (referenced to from here on in as “The Relevant Health Board”) are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide the Service and Maintenance of Water Cooler Machines within the relevant lotted areas. The attached Specification provides further information on the type of servicing and maintenance required per Health Board and area. This requirement is to be lotted to ensure all suppliers have the opportunity to provide a Tender Response. There will be four (4) lots, split across the 2 Health Boards: Lot 1- Powys Teaching Health Board Lot 2 A- Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board- Central Region Lot 2 B- Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board- West Region Lot 2 C- Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board- East Region Suppliers may bid for any number of these lots. Please note it is not a requirement to bid on all lots.
