Description

Framework Agreement for the supply of Number, Time, Shape and Place Value Maths Equipment used primarily in the education market but designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations including YPO’s internal requirements. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver stock into YPO’s distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Renewal Options

The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 1st March 2024 to 28th February 2026 with 2 options to extend for additional 12 months (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance). The first decision to extend the Framework period will be taken by the end of January 2026 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Framework to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO’s contracting structures. The maximum Framework period will therefore be 4 years, from 1st March 2024 to 29th February 2028 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance)
