Description
The University of Warwick wishes to establish a Measured Term Framework Agreement for undertaking Building construction and refurbishment projects including, but not limited to, new build, extensions and refurbishments and may require Contractors Design. For Works values up to £75,000 (seventy five thousand pounds) exc VAT and Contractors Design fees.The Framework Agreement will provide for the delivery of projects across the entire University of Warwick Estate, Coventry and include the Stratford Innovation Campus at Wellesbourne.It is the intention to have a single source Contractor for the Framework to undertake these works based on the National Schedule of Rates.The Framework is intended to be for up to 5 years to realise the benefits of working in partnership on innovation, collaboration and added value. The estimated total value below is based on historic expenditure over the last 5 years. This is not a guarantee of future expenditure under this Framework.
