Legal Justification
The cost in reviewing and translating existing pages into an alternative system would be operationally and financially inefficient.
Other Information
Value is anticipated 6 year value initial 3 year term plus potential 3 year extension. Contract value is diminishing over time but is hard to predict and is therefore not "exact" as expressed in the notice requirements. It is our best estimate which is highly likely to be inaccurate, hence why a notice under the regulations has been released for transparency.
