Description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) wishes to advise the market of the forthcoming WYCA procurement to establish an Evaluation Services Framework. The Framework is intended to commence in Summer 2024 with commissions of evaluation services being permitted for an initial three (3) year term, with one (1) additional one (1) year extension period to bring the maximum framework term to four (4) years. Please note this PIN is for prior information only to inform potential suppliers of an upcoming opportunity and an ENGAGEMENT EVENT for interested bidders. Please see II.2.14) Additional Information below for further information. There are no documents attached to this notice.
Total Quantity or Scope
The Evaluation Team in the Combined Authority is seeking to establish a framework of skilled evaluation consultants that will allow the CA to commission as needed advice and support in the development and delivery of a series of comprehensive evaluation exercises. The framework will be structured into 1 lot and the CA anticipates appointing a maximum of 5 consultants to this. Work will be commissioned via a mixture of Direct Awards and Further Competitions, depending on the value of each work order. The anticipated procurement launch date is Tuesday 2nd April 2024 with a response deadline expected to be Friday 3rd May 2024.

An engagement session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 7th March 2024 at 2pm. Attending will be members of WYCA’s Evaluation Team and Commercial Team.
