Congleton Town Council wishes to appoint an agency or company of at least 5 employees to update and upgrade its website www.congleton-tc.gov.uk. We would like to work with a company that 1. Has proven knowledge of digital marketing 7 Is able to offer ongoing support to the Town Council regarding trouble shooting and analysis of the new site.
