Legal Justification
The contract has been extended for a period of 6 months to allow for an above threshold procurement event to be undertaken to establish a new Framework. This modification also includes a renewed pricing agreement and a revised scope (standards and specification update only, no change to service provision). An Expression of Interest (EOI) has been issued and subsequently concluded on Achilles UVDB so the supplier base for subsequent stages of the procurement process has been determined.
