Description
Joint Procurement of maintenance for Public Space CCTV surveillance system which includes but is not limited to the potential requirement for: • Replacement of end-of-life equipment • Re-deployment of cameras • New equipment installation • Replacement and or upgrade of existing CCTV systems and infrastructure (capital replacement program) There is no obligation for the Council to purchase any services specified at paragraphs 4.3 (redeployment of camera); 5 (replacement of end-of-life equipment); 9.5 (new equipment installation); and 19 (capital replacement program) of the Specification from the Contractor during the Term. Where Services under paragraphs 4.3, 5, 9.5 and/or 19 are required, and order shall be placed with the Contractor. No form of exclusivity or volume guarantee has been granted by the Council for services specified at paragraphs 4.3, 5, 9.5 and 19 in the Specification.
Total Quantity or Scope
