Description

Wokingham Borough Council is inviting interested suppliers to attend engagement events in relation to passenger transport services. The Council currently operates a dynamic purchasing system for these services, split into 10 lots. The purpose of the events is to engage with suppliers currently admitted on the DPS, as well as with new suppliers interested to access the DPS. The events will take place on 20th March 2024 and suppliers are invited to attend in person, however, a MS Teams invitations will also be sent to any suppliers wishing to attend remotely. Event 1 - this session is for suppliers currently admitted on the DPS. Date: 20/03/2024 Start time: 10.00 am End time: 12.00 pm Venue: Civic Offices, Shute End, Wokingham, RG40 1BN Event 2 - this session is for suppliers, which are not currently in the DPS but are interested and wish to understand about the scope and application process. All relevant correspondence will be managed through the Council's e-procurement solution - ProContract. Organisations, willing to participate, will need to be registered on ProContract as a supplier. The Council is not able to assist in this process and suppliers will need to liaise with Proactise, who manage all registrations of new suppliers.
