Description

Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) are currently out to procurement for the commissioning of an integrated Adult Weight Management service which provides a single point of entry for patients who are eligible for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Adult Weight Management services across Hertfordshire.Further information in regards to this opportunity can be found in II.2.4) Description of the procurement field.Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to "express interest" which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.

New information Re: Provision Of An Integrated Tier 2 AND Tier 3 Adult Weight Management ServiceReference No: HCC2314977This procurement was initially paused on 13/09/2023 owing to potential TUPE information coming to light. This procurement is now un-paused and live from the date of this Additional Information Notice. The following points must be provided. noted by Tenderers:1. For the avoidance of doubt TUPE is not applicable to this procurement.2. For the avoidance of doubt, this procurement is jointly commissioned by Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) and the Integrated Care Board (ICB), with HCC leading the procurement. 3. It should be noted that during the pause the criteria has been revised with Quality criteria increased to 70% and Price criteria reduced to 30%.4. Documents have been updated and show the revised criteria and timeline. Tenderers must be sure to read all documents as minor revisions have been made to all during the period of pause.5. For the avoidance of doubt there is no maximum number of appendices per bid submission. Tenderers should however follow the maximum word count per quality bid form and follow in accordance with the guidance provided on page 3 of the Response plus any guidance provided in the Instructions to Tenderers. If requested you may provide an attachment such as a mobilisation plan, which will not be included in your word count. If you wish to use diagrams or reasonable labelling (on any diagrams) this does not count towards the word limit. 6. If in the event any Supplier had submitted a bid based on the tender return date of 14/09/23, those Suppliers can choose to resubmit or instruct the Council to open the bid submitted for that date.
