Any licence required for music should be held by and paid for by the successful supplier. The fulfilment of the contract is dependent upon the supplier’s ability to utilise existing media related infrastructure or demonstrate. Potential applicants are required to undertake a site visits to Sandwell Valley, Rowley Regis Crematoriums and Sandwell Register Office to ensure compatibility with the current ICT equipment Installed at all three (3) sites as part of the tender process. Confirmation of compatibility was required from bidders and essential to submitting a compliant bid.
