One URL/site to drive traffic to, that has functionality on arrival to help residents get to the information they need easily with the fewest clicks possible. c. Utilise developments in digital space by exploring AI options and other search functionality. d. Maximise opportunity to 'push' relevant information based on search content potentially informed by chat bot knowledge base - potential for commercial benefits e.g. Care Technology and Private Pay offer. e. Continuity of information content and quality for residents and stakeholders.
