Description
Bedford Borough Council ('the Council') is inviting tenders from organisations wishing to enter into a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement to deliver accommodation and support services for young people aged 16-21 on admission, with the aim of supporting these young people to develop and sustain their capacity to live independently within the community.

1 | In Bedford Borough - Tier 1 In Bedford Borough Tier 1: Multi-occupancy accommodation for 16-17 year-olds with support on site, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Inclusive of a 90min key work session which is planned and recorded. Packages: Standard (5-10 support hours), Enhanced Package (10-20 support hours) or Accommodation only. |
2 | In Bedford Borough - Tier 2 In Bedford Borough Tier 2: Multi-occupancy accommodation for 16-17 year-old Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children with support on site, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Inclusive of a 90min key work session which is planned and recorded. Inclusive, if required, of an Interpreter 60min per week for the first 6months of placement. Packages: Standard (5-10 support hours), Enhanced Package (10-20 support hours) or Accommodation only. Inclusive of minimum of one 90min key work session which is planned and recorded. Packages: 1 or 2 staff members, sleep in or waking night, accommodation only. |
4 | In Bedford Borough - Tier 4 In Bedford Borough Tier 4: Multi-occupancy accommodation for young people 18 - 25, this includes young people with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF), young people waiting for housing, and young people who continue to have support needs but are not eligible for adult social care. Inclusive of a minimum of 1 health & safety check per week. Packages: Standard (1 support hour), Enhanced (5 support hours) or Accommodation only. |
